Confidential Mental Health Care for Professionals
When other people depend on you, it can be difficult to make room for your own mental health. You deserve a place where you can speak openly, feel heard, and focus on what you need.
Roots & Wings Mental Health LLC offers confidential, private-pay psychiatric care through convenient telehealth appointments.
A Private Space to Talk
You may be managing stress, anxiety, low mood, difficulty concentrating, or simply feeling unlike yourself. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Whether you work in healthcare, aviation, the military, public service, or another demanding field, your concerns deserve thoughtful attention. We take time to understand what you are experiencing and what you would like to change.
Self-Pay Care With Clear Choices
You pay the practice directly, and we do not submit insurance claims for your visits. You can choose to receive care outside your insurance plan, even if you have coverage.
Our fees are explained before care begins. Reduced fee options may be available for qualifying patients. If you would like to seek out-of-network reimbursement, you can request a superbill and decide whether to submit it to your insurer.
Care Built Around Your Needs
Your appointment is an opportunity to talk about your concerns, ask questions, and discuss your options. We provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management when clinically appropriate, with treatment recommendations based on your individual needs.
You are an active participant in your care. Your preferences, previous experiences, and goals belong in the conversation.
Support That Fits Into Your Life
Meet with your provider through secure telehealth from a private space where you feel comfortable talking. We serve patients located in Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Nevada, and Oregon at the time of their appointment.
Take the First Step
You make time for your responsibilities. You can make time for yourself, too.
Visit our New Patients page to learn what to expect, or contact us with general questions about services, fees, or privacy. Please use a secure communication method arranged with the practice for personal health information.
Your care is confidential, subject to applicable legal and safety exceptions. Profession-specific reporting requirements may still apply. We welcome questions about privacy before treatment begins.
